Mentored men achieve more than women

A survey of 4,000 MBA graduates of top schools in Asia, Europe, Canada and the U.S. highlighted an achievement gap between mentored men and women.

While both sexes were equally likely to have an active mentor relationship, mentored men achieved considerably higher starting salaries in their first post MBA job if compared to their female mentored colleagues.
