How to get rid of the temptation of money?

Companies and organizations all over the world lose money due to fraud. A recent study by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners claims that the loss is as high as 5 per cent of their annual revenues. Many business schools teach their students about ethics these days but not many go as far as teaching students to refrain from fraud as well as detecting fraud in their company.
In a recent article the Financial Times explored academic institutions that don't shy the topic. Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College as well as the University of Washington's Foster School of Business deal with the topic of fraud for example. Bill Resler, co-director of Foster's master of professional accounting program, said to the Financial Times: "If we don't teach and preach ethics, any human can be tempted. I try to bring in 'street' subjects as often as I can because I think it is more memorable than listening to me." He also says: "We teach our students to recognize their ethical responsibilities and give them tools to act upon them, so as to minimize the likelihood of a poor decision."
Recent corporate fraud trials on both sides of the Atlantic are excellent case studies for business school faculties - Paris' rogue trader Jérôme Kerviel is only one prominent example. According to law enforcement officials there are three elements involved in a white-collar crime: a need, an opportunity and a rationale - the reason a fraudster tells himself that it is alright to commit the crime.
At Edhec Business School in Lille, France, MBA students learn how to detect such fraud. This anti-fraud seminar includes tools of fraud detection, examining conflicts of interest and steps to developing an anti-corruption program. Edhec also hosts the Institute for Criminal Risk Management, which as well as fraud, looks at the difficult situations that global companies are sometimes confronted with like extortion or piracy for example.
